The Significant Weather Event declared due to the ice storm on March 29, 2025, has now been lifted.
As a result of power restoration, the Township will be proceeding with the closure of the Warming Centre & Charging Stations operating at the Emergency Hub and Fire Administration Centre and Fire Station 5 (Singhampton). This closure will take effect at 4:30 PM on Thursday, April 10, 2025.

Please continue to avoid parks and trails as staff prioritizes and cleans up the debris. Loose and broken limbs can fall at any time.
