E-Billing is now an option for Township of Clearview property tax and water bills. This will allow rate payers to receive and view tax/water notices electronically. Any tax/water notices a rate payer receives electronically will be viewable online anytime, eliminating the need to refer to historical paper documents.
In preparation for e-billing, ensure you have set up your online account. You will be required to enter your roll number or water/sewer account # and PIN number.

The convenience fee charge is 1.75% of the total payment for both property taxes and utility payments.
The convenience fee only applies when processing your credit card payment online or over the phone with Clearview Township. The convenience fee is added to help cover the processing fees that the credit card company charges. Therefore, to be fair to all customers, we have to ensure that the users of the credit card service pay for the service.
Please note that there are several low or no-cost means of paying your bill with Clearview Township. These include, pre-authorized payment, equal payment plan, telephone banking, mailing a cheque or placing a payment in our drop box.
